Refund Policy
Our Commitment to Fairness
At MailWoods, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for every customer. We begin working on your setup very quickly, and we make sure you always receive the full value of your purchase.
When a Refund Is Possible
A refund is available only if MailWoods has not started any part of your setup.
If we are unable to accept your order or cannot begin the service from our side, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Once Work Begins, Refunds Are Not Possible
Our team starts technical work as soon as we review your domain, check DNS, access Cloudflare, attempt a login, or begin verification.
Once any part of the setup has started, the order becomes non-refundable.
If You’re Not Ready — We Don’t Let Your Money Go to Waste
If you are unable to provide access, approve OTPs, or complete verification, we convert your order into a 1-Year Service Credit.
You can use this credit anytime within 12 months.
Your money stays safe, and you can request setup whenever you’re ready.
Third-Party Issues Cannot Be Refunded
We rely on services like Google, Microsoft, Zoho, Cloudflare, and domain registrars.
If any issue occurs due to these platforms (sending limits, verification delays, downtime, DNS issues), refunds cannot be offered — but we always do our best to guide and support you.
After Completion, Refunds Are Not Provided
Once we complete the setup and share confirmation (test email, screenshots, DNS verification), the service is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
